Hey, I’m Matt

I build brands, lead creative teams, and translate strategy into sharp visual narratives, driven by the belief that great leadership requires a well-rounded perspective. My work bridges high-level strategy with hands-on execution, grounded in core graphic design, brand identity, motion design, and creative operations.

With over eight years spanning agency accounts, political campaigns, national trade associations, and corporate rebrands, I offer independent creative leadership that connects bold design to measurable business outcomes.

Leveraging a background as a Senior Director of Design across top national agencies, I partner directly with organizations and creative teams to guide visual direction for high-stakes pitches, direct design execution, and build AI-enhanced workflows that keep production lean and agile. Whether directing a brand overhaul, shaping an advocacy campaign, or refining creative operations, I deliver scalable, high-impact work that moves people to action.

In my spare time, I write and produce music and video, bringing a fresh sound and motion perspective back into my visual craft.

Fun fact: Design has been in my family for generations. My great-grandfather was the artist behind the official FBI seal.
